What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in times are from 2pm and our check-out time is 10:30.
What is your payment policy?
When booking directly with the Inn, a 100% upfront payment is required unless otherwise arranged.
What is your cancellation policy?
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival forfeit 100% of the booking total.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 21 days or less before arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Do you have designated smoking areas?
No smoking inside the Inn or rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
Are your rooms wheelchair friendly?
Unfortunately, our facilities are not wheelchair friendly.
Do your rooms have baths in the bathroom?
Our rooms only have showers.
Do you have safes in the rooms?
Safes are provided in the rooms. However, the Inn is not responsible for lost cash or valuables.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
We have complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests.
Do you have TVs in the rooms?
We have TVs in all of our rooms to a selection of satellite television shows and movies.
Do you have tea and coffee in the rooms?
We have a tea and coffee station in each room.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included with your booking.
Are your rooms airconditioned?
White River can get very hot in the summer so we have invested in air conditioning for all of our rooms.
How far is the Kruger National Park?
We are conveniently located 60 minutes from Kruger National Park’s Phabeni Gate.
