Ambience Inn Bed and Breakfast Terms & Conditions

By booking a room at Ambience Inn Bed and Breakfast (the “Inn”), you (the “Guest”) and all members of your party agree to and are bound by the Terms & Conditions detailed below. Your reservation represents a legally binding contract between you and the Inn.

Third-Party Bookings:

If you have made your booking via a third-party website (e.g., Booking.com), your contract is with the Inn, not the website. The Inn’s Terms & Conditions, published on this website, take precedence.

Arrival & Departure:

1. Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards.
2. Check-Out: 10:30 AM.

Payment & Cancellation:

2. Payment: When booking directly with the Inn, a 100% upfront payment is required unless otherwise arranged.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival forfeit 100% of the booking total.
   • Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit.
   • Cancellations made 21 days or less before arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
   • Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit.

House Rules:

4. Smoking: No smoking inside the Inn or rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
5. Safe: Safes are provided in the rooms. However, the Inn is not responsible for lost cash or valuables.
6. Room Assignment: Rooms are assigned based on availability.
7. Lost Keys: Guests are liable for the replacement cost of lost keys.
8. Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises. Guests arriving with pets will be refused entry and any paid monies will be forfeited.
9. Force Majeure: The Inn is not liable for compensation if performance is prevented by “force majeure” events beyond its control. These include:
   • Fire, flood, explosion, storm, or other weather damage.
   • Break-ins, criminal damage, riots, or civil strife.
   • Industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster.
   • War, threat of war, terrorism, epidemic, and similar situations.
